Founding Pastor Tom Whidden responded to the call of God to plant a church in Concord, NC, at a revival service at Southeastern College. He and his wife Betty began in a movie theater in 1958 with 32 people – and a vision to reach Cabarrus County with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our location has state-of-the-art facilities to maximize ministry capabilities to all ages. We want to help everyone discover their purpose and their gifts to serve the community around them.
